Directions: Shake bag to mix herbs well. For 1 serving, pour 8 ounces of hot water over 1 tsp of loose tea. Allow to steep for up to 5 minutes, strain and serve. Add a natural sweetener if desired.
For iced tea, allow the liquid to cool and pour over ice.
